The exact distances for each discipline (swim, bike, run) will be confirmed shortly. The distances are unlikely to differ much to 2014, which were:
Super-sprint – 400m open-water swim, 13km cycle (2 laps) and a 3km run
Sprint – 750m open-water swim, a 26km cycle (4 laps) and a 5.5km run
Youth & Junior – min. age is 15 and max. age is 18 years old (at 31 Dec 2015)
Individual super-sprint – min. age is 15 years old (at 31 Dec 2015)
Individual sprint – min. age is 17 years old (at 31 Dec 2015)
Sprint team relay – min. age is 15 years old (at 31 Dec 2015)
Please note, ages are calculated on 31 December 2015 in accordance with British Triathlon rules.

Enter early to take advantage of the early-bird discounts, with 20% off the 2014 prices if you enter by 31 January 2015, and 10% off if you enter by 31 May 2015. A booking fee will apply to all entries – £2.50 for entrants to the super-sprint, sprint and sprint relay events and £1.50 for the youth and junior super-sprint challenge.

If you are keen to race alongside your friends you can request a ‘mates wave’ when entering. Simply choose a code-word unique to you and your friend(s) and make sure you all enter the same code-word on the entry form. You must all be entered into the same category and distance. There will only be a limited number of mixed ‘mates-waves’ so enter early to avoid disappointment.
Yes, you can choose either individual super-sprint, individual sprint or sprint relay. There is also a super-sprint challenge for youth and juniors.
